Refund & Cancellation Policy

ZIVILive uses a virtual coins system for gifts and private calls. Coins are a digital product and, once purchased and credited to your account, are generally non‑refundable.
1. Coin purchases
- All successful coin purchases are final and cannot be reversed.
- Coins do not have cash value and cannot be converted back to money.
- Please review the selected plan carefully before confirming payment.
2. Failed or duplicate charges
If you see a failed or duplicate charge on your statement, or coins are not credited after a successful payment, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Registered mobile number or username
- Payment date and approximate time
- Transaction ID or screenshot from Razorpay / your bank
After verifying with the payment gateway, we may either credit the missing coins to your wallet or, where appropriate, initiate a refund to the original payment method.
3. Misuse & policy violations
We do not provide refunds for coins that have already been spent on gifts, live rooms or private calls, including situations where a host violates PG‑13 guidelines or the call does not meet your expectations. Such incidents should be reported to us so we can review and take action on the host account.
